工业工程实验教学体系的研究

Research on Laboratory Construction of Industrial Engineering Teaching

基于国内现在大部分高校的工业工程实验教学体系的不足和滞后状态,提出一个新的用于工业工程的实验教学体系。该体系囊括了综合型实验和开发设计型实验,突出了实验的连贯性和系统性。新的实验系统的目的是提高学生的动手能力,使学生在学校能接受到成为工业工程专业人员的训练。对传统实验方法进行改革性探讨,并结合东北林业大学工业工程教学实验的特点阐述如何改善工业工程教学实验的具体内容。

Based on the undeveloped situation of laboratory construction of industrial engineering teaching in most universities and colleges in China, a new integrated laboratory which contains synthesized experiments and developer-oriented experiments was proposed in this paper. In traditional laboratory of industrial engineering, very few experiments was concentrated on innovation and developing like this one. Meanwhile, the system emphasized on the systematization and consistency of experiments. The aim of this system is to strengthen the practical skill of college students and enable them to receive the pre-train to be a professional industrial engineering worker. And the paper gives a deep discussion on traditional experiment methods with a re- form. Through exploration of the advantages and disadvantages of industrial engineering teaching in my university, the specific content of how to improve the situation of IE laboratory was expounded.
