模拟大深度饱和潜水对潜水员超声心动图的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨模拟大深度饱和潜水试验对潜水员心脏形态和功能的影响。方法收集4名参加模拟480m氦氧饱和-493m巡回潜水试验潜水员的试验前、试验后第5天及试验后1个月的心脏超声检测数据,并进行对比分析。结果试验前、试验后第5天及试验后1个月所测心脏超声数据均在正常范围,试验前和试验后第5天潜水员体质量、心搏量(SV)、心搏指数(SI)、左心室等容收缩时间(ICT-m)分别为(72.25±10.05和69.50±8.89)kg、(90.50±5.20和78.75±5.97)ml、(50.02±3.00和43.83±1.95)、(74.00±8.98和63.50±7.68)ms,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);试验后1个月,上述各指标恢复至试验前水平。结论模拟大深度饱和潜水试验可引起潜水员心脏泵血功能的轻微改变和可能的心肌短暂缺血,1个月后恢复正常。
