摘要
将项目评价思想引入项目环境管理体系,以某公路建设项目为例,总结公路建设声环境保护工作经验,根据环境影响评价的概念,着重探讨项目建设期和营运期环境保护工作措施及存在的主要问题,并针对声环境影响评价研究工作提出建议。
Taking one highway construction project as an example,the article introduces the project evaluation theory to the environment management system and concludes the experience of environmental protection work of highway constructions.According to the concept of environmental impact evaluation,the article mainly discusses some environmental protection measures and the existing problems during the project construction and operation periods and makes some suggestions for sound environmental impact evaluation.
