吸入糖皮质激素对老年支气管哮喘患者血压和血糖的影响(附30例临床报告)

The impact on inhaled glucocorticoid to blood pressure and blood sugar of senile bronchial asthma patients(the clinical reports of 30 cases)

目的:探讨糖皮质激素吸入对老年性支气管哮喘的不良反应。方法:对30例老年性支气管哮喘患者在吸入糖皮质激素前和吸入后的每个月末的症状进行记分,测量峰流速(PEF)、PEF变异率、血压及血糖。选取30例健康老年人为对照组,比较血压、血糖的变化。结果:吸入激素后患者的症状明显缓解,PEF占个人预计值的百分比增加,PEF变异率下降,且血糖不增高,1例患者的血压升高,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:吸入糖皮质激素对老年性支气管哮喘患者的血糖无影响,对绝大多数患者的血压也无影响,但可能引起极个别患者血压升高。

Objective：To discuss the untoward effect of inhaled glucocorticoid to blood pressure and blood glucose of senile bronchial asthma patients.Methods：To analysis the symptom of 30 senile bronchial asthma patients before and after inhaling the end of each month.The pesk flow measurements（PEF）,the variability rate of PEF,blood pressure and blood glucose was detected.Selected as 30 healthy elderly control group to compare blood pressure,blood glucose changes.Results：The symptoms of patients were relieved after inhaling corticosteroid.The percentage of PEF than personal predicted value were increased,the variability rate of PEF was reducing,and the blood glucose did not increase.The blood pressure of one patient was increasing.There was not not statistically significant compared with the control group.Conclusion：There is no effect of inhaled to blood glucose of senile bronchial asthma patients,and to blood pressure of the great mass of senile bronchial asthma patients,the pressure of individual may be ascending.
