To ensure the normal function of brige expansion joints, as well as the safety and driving comfort of highway bridge, the damaged expansion joints must be repaired and replaced to ensure the smooth flow and safety of road. Taking the maintenance and replacement project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Expressway expansion joints for instance, the rapid repair and replacement process of expansion joint is explored in this paper, which provides a certain reference for construction practice.
