经胸乳途径全腔镜下甲状腺手术临床应用

目的探讨经胸乳途径全腔镜下甲状腺手术的临床效果及应用价值。方法回顾性分析160例甲状腺患者的一般资料,按照随机、对照的原则分为观察组和对照组,各为80例。观察组患者采用经胸乳途径全腔镜下行甲状腺手术,对照组患者采用经乳晕入路全腔镜下行甲状腺手术,观察和比较两种不同手术入路的术中出血量,手术时间,术后住院时间及并发症的发生。结果观察组患者术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);手术时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床对甲状腺手术患者采用在腔镜下经胸乳途径入路手术效果较好,能够减少术中的出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,降低手术风险,且术后并发症发生率较低,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the breasts during endoscopic thyroid operation approaches the clinical effect and value.Methods A retrospective analysis of 160 cases of thyroid patients general information,according to a randomized,control principle is divided into observation group and control group,each for 80 cases.The observation group were treated by transthoracic milk pathway to total laparoscopy thyroid operation,patients in the control group using via the breast areola approach complete endoscopic thyroid operation under,the observation and comparison of two kinds of operation approach of the amount of intraoperative bleeding,operation time,postoperative hospital stay and complications.Results In the observation group amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference is significant（P0.05）;operation time and hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference is significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical on thyroid operation patients using transthoracic Milky way in the endoscopic approach operation effect is good,can reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the risk of operation,and the postoperative complications is low,,is worthy of further clinical application.
