糖尿病合并高血压治疗中的价—效医学

目的评价不同价格ACEI联合CCB治疗糖尿病合并高血压的降压效果及所带来的经济效益。方法 150例糖尿病合并高血压患者按药物的适应性和患者的经济能力分为3组。于治疗前后测量血压并观察降压效果。结果 3组患者服药后血压均明显降低,下降幅度3组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3组降压方案都有明显的临床疗效,低价药品在经济欠发达地区,低收入人群中有较好的依从性,从而提高了糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压控制率和达标率。

Objective To estimate the hypotensive effect and economic benefit of ACEI of all kinds of price and CCB in treatment of diabetes mellitus Combined with hypertension.Methods According to drug adaptability and economic background,150 cases of diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension patients were classified in to 3 groups,the hypotensive effect by measuring blood pressure were observed before and after treatment.Results Blood pressure of all the 3 groups patients drop obviously,and there is no statistic difference between the 3 groups in the dropping range（P0.05）.Conclusion All the 3 hypotensive plans are of obvious clinical effect,low-price drugs has better compliance in less developed district and low income people,it can promote the control rate and the standard rate of diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension patients.
