单纯牵引与综合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效对比

目的探讨单纯牵引与综合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效。方法 56例腰椎盘突出患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用综合物理疗法进行治疗,对照组采用单纯牵引进行治疗。结果研究组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为82.1%,研究组疗效显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论综合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效确切,值得在临床广泛推广。

Objective To study the efficacy on lumbar intervertebral disc with traction alone and comprehensive physical therapy.Methods 56 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group treated with comprehensive physical therapy.The control group treated with traction alone.The effects was observed and statistics analyses was made to the Results.Results The total effective rate was 92.9% in experimental group,significant higher than the 82.1% in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Therapy lumbar intervertebral disc effect of comprehensive physical therapy is better than traction alone,and the therapy should be more used in the clinical application.
