ICU人工气道患者的集束化护理干预效果观察

目的探讨集束化护理干预对ICU人工气道患者的影响。方法选取ICU病房60例建立人工气道患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组患者进行常规护理,治疗组患者进行集束化护理干预,比较两组患者机械通气时间、ICU住院时间及相关并发症发生率。结果治疗组患者机械通气时间、ICU入住时间短,相关并发症发生率低,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU建立人工气道患者进行集束化护理干预,能降低相关并发症发生率,提高机械通气的疗效,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of the bundles of care intervention on ICU patients with artificial airway.Methods Sixty cases of hospital ICU ward patients with artificial airway clinical data were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Routine care was applied in control group,treatment group was given cluster nursing intervention,mechanical ventilation time,ICU length of stay and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared.Results The patients in treatment group had shorter mechanical ventilation and ICU stay time,a low incidence of complications,there was significantly difference compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ICU patients with artificial airway of cluster nursing intervention,can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the efficacy of mechanical ventilation,it is worth in clinical practice.
