摘要
香港岭南大学致力于培养"全人",人才培养目标明确且关注人的可持续发展需求;课程设置和人才培养目标高度适切,各类课程的分工和目的明确;全方位实施博雅教育,以保证达成人才培养目标。其对内地教学型本科院校探讨人才培养模式改革,有较大的启发意义:一是人才培养目标中要重视健全人格及人的可持续发展素质的培养;二是加强课程的内涵建设,提高课程设置与人才培养目标的适切性;三是更新课程观念,改善课程实施。
The paper aims to study the all-round concepts and specific measures of Hong Kong Lingnan University in developing its liberal higher learning focused on the sustainability of personal development based on appropriate curriculum design and clear-cut targets of varied courses.The University's experience suggests that undergraduate education be innovated through cultivating students' sustainable and rounded personality,designing clearly goal-set curriculum for talents growth,and continuously renovating insights of instructions.
