摘要
目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的常见并发症及其护理措施。方法对39例SAP患者的并发症及其护理要点进行回顾性总结。结果 39例SAP患者中出现并发症30例次,并发症发生率76.9%;治愈33例,死亡6例,治愈率84.6%,病死率15.3%。结论 SAP并发症多,病死率高,严密观察病情和精心护理对提高治疗效果、改善患者预后有重要意义。
Objective To explore the common complications and their nursing measures of patients with severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）.Methods The complications and their nursing measures of 39 SAP patients were retrospectively summed up.Results In 39 cases,30 cases（76.9%） had complications,33 cases（84.6%） were cured,6 cases（15.3%） died.Conclusion SAP can induce many complications and cause a high mortality rate,strict observation and well-care have important significance to enhance therapeutic effects and improve the prognosis of patients with SAP.
