丹参滴注液对蟾蜍心肌损伤血压、心率及心电图的影响

目的探讨丹参滴注液对蟾蜍实验性急性心肌损伤后血压、心率及心电图的影响。方法蟾蜍经实验性急性心肌损伤后,从后腔静脉注入不同量丹参滴注液(0.2ml、0.4ml),观察给药前及给药后4分钟、给药后4分钟、给药后8分钟不同时间段内蟾蜍的血压、心率及心电图的变化。结果丹参滴注液能明显降低心肌受损以后的血压(P<0.01),使PR间期延长、QT间期延长,P波电压降低(P<0.01,0.4ml组),ST段快速恢复正常(0.2ml组),但对心率影响不大。结论适量丹参滴注液对实验性急性蟾蜍心肌损伤具有保护作用。

Objective To explore the effect of Danshen Dizhuye on blood pressure,heart rate and electrocardiogram（ECG） in damage myocardial toad.Methods The toad after the experimental acute cardiac muscle damage,pours into variable amounts of Danshen Dizhuye solution from after venae cavae,after observes for the medicine in front of and for the medicine the different time（for medicine latter 4 minutes,gives medicine latter 8 minutes） in the section toad＇s blood pressure,heart rate and electrocardiogram change.Results Danshen Dizhuye can significantly lower blood pressure after myocardial damage（P0.01）,so that PR interval prolongation,QT interval prolongation,p-wave voltage reduction（P0.01,Group 0.4ml）,ST segments elevated to normal quickly（Group 0.2ml）,but had no significant effect on heart rate.Conclusion Quantity of Danshen Dizhuye on myocardial injury in experimental acute myocardial toad has petection.
