摘要
大学英语教师专业发展是当下大学英语教学改革成功之关键因素。教师专业发展有其多种途径。而基于教师效能感的发展方式是一个重要而容易被人忽视的途径。教师效能感的四大形成来源:直接经验,替代性经验,言语劝说,情绪唤醒从内外两方面促进了教师的发展。直接经验激发内在的专业发展意识,替代性经验增强专业发展信心,言语劝说外部援助专业发展,情绪唤醒持续专业发展意识。
Professional development of college English teachers is vital to the successful college English teaching reform.Efficacy-based professional advance is an important but frequently-neglected way,which is mainly supported by four internal and external sources of teacher efficacy enhancements.Mastery experience arouses the awareness of teachers’ professional development.Vicarious experience improves teachers’ confidence in professional development.Social persuasion assists teachers’ professional development externally,and physiological states sustains the awareness of teachers’ professional development.
