摘要
供应链管理作为一种新的建筑管理理念与方法,在提高建筑业企业核心竞争力和增加利润的同时,也会带来一定的风险,如何分析和评价这些风险已成为供应链上核心企业所面临的重要问题。简述了EPC模式下的建筑供应链基本理论,在对EPC建筑供应链进行风险分析的基础上,设计了EPC模式下的建筑供应链风险评价指标体系,构建了基于支持向量机的建筑供应链风险评价模型并进行应用研究。
As a new administration mind and method of construction industry, supply chain management can not only improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises, inerease the profits, but also bring some risks. Thus how to an- alyze and evaluate these risks have been very important problems. This paper firstly summarizes the basie theory of eon- struetion supply chain under engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) mode, and then designs the index system of risks evaluation on the basis of risks analysis, puts forward a risk evaluation model based on support veetor machines theolw and gives an example.
