This article started from the features of the power industry, and discussed the characterisfics of power supplies of Changji. The main construction materials adopt zero inventory management. By controlling the rate of inventory turnover, we can reduce the handling and inventory goods and materials handling. I use storage theory and mathematical statistic principle to determine the optimal inventory, using limited resources to obtain the maximum benefit of the warehouse.
