摘要
通过对无卡轴旋切机床的工作原理、传动过程和刀架进给期望速度函数的分析,指出旋切控制的关键在于刀具进给与原木实际转动速度的配合。采用旋转编码器实时检测原木转动线速度以及刀架进给速度,使用数字控制器和无速度传感器异步电动机矢量控制对刀架进给过程进行控制,从而实现了无卡轴旋切机床进刀速度伺服控制。该控制方法通过引入实际原木转速和刀架进给速度的反馈,采用自适应模糊控制策略有效地提高了系统的精度和抗干扰能力。理论与应用实践证明,该方法具有良好的应用价值和市场开发前景。
This paper studies and analyzes the working principle,transmission process of the spindle-less veneer lathe,and the expected feed rate function,then concluded that the key of peeling control is coordinating the feed rate of the tool post with the actual peripheral speed of the log.We apply rotary encoders to detect the actual peripheral speed of the log and the feed rate of the tool post,use a digital controller and asynchronous motor with sensor-less vector control to control the feed process of the tool post,so that the feed rate servo-control for spindle-less veneer lathe is realized.By introducing actual feedback from the rotating speed of the log and the feed rate of the tool post,employing the adaptive fuzzy control strategy, this control method effectively improves the precision and anti-interference ability of the system.It has been proved by theory and application that this method has excellent application value and market development prospect.
