摘要 建立了硬质合金圆形刀片铣削的三维有限元模型,模拟了切削速度和刀片前角变化时的铣削过程,分析了切屑形成过程,研究了切削力、切削温度的变化规律。结果表明:切削速度为400 m/min时切削力及切削温度较小,刀片前角为12°时相对较优。 3D finite element model based on cemented carbide circle insert was developed,and the effects of the variational combinations of cutting speed and rake angle of the insert on the milling process were studied. Chip formation was described,and the variations of the cutting forces and cutting temperature were discussed.It was concluded that the smaller cutting forces and cutting temperature were produced at the cutting speed of 400m/min,and the preferable rake angle of the insert was 12°.
