摘要
基于CAD/CAM一体化技术,对直驱双摆铣头A轴摆动组件进行制造工艺分析,提出采用组合加工、调质后修配关键工位和易变形面的特殊工艺路线。采用Pro/E完成零件的CAD设计,利用Pro/E和PowerMILL的接口技术,将三维模型导入PowerMILL中,完成A轴摆动组件的CAM加工编程及仿真。该方案在现场实际加工中获得了显著效果。
Based on the integration of CAD/CAM technology,direct drive A/C rotary milling head manufacture process of rotary component is analyzed,a new particular process line for using combination processing, modified processing of important station and easily deformation when machining after thermal refining is proposed.The CAD design is finished by using Pro/E.The processing programming and CAM simulation of rotary component will be accomplished by taking Pro/E and PowerMILL interface technology, and introducted 3D model to PowerMILL.This paper adopts the project in actual processing and gaines remarkable effect.
