新型白菜细胞质雄性不育系6w-9605A的鉴定及利用研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用TTC法、染色体压片法以及田间调查,研究了白菜细胞质雄性不育材料6w-9605A BC6的花粉活力,染色体数目以及各回交遗传世代的不育度和不育株率。研究结果表明,6w-9605A BC6染色体数为20条,回交6代的染色体数目与白菜的染色体数已趋于相同;对6w-9605A进行花器官观察发现,6w-9605A的花药呈三角形,干瘪无花粉,败育彻底。各世代的不育株率和不育度均为100%,蜜腺正常,无黄化现象。 The pollen vitality, chromosome number, sterile degree and sterile plant rate of several backcross generations were determined by the TTC staining method, chromosome tabletting method and field investigation respectively in the BC6 progeny of the cyoplasmic male sterile line 6w-9605A of Chinese cabbage (B. campestris L. ssp. pekinensis). The results showed that the chromosome number of BC6 progeny was 20, which was the normal chromosome number of Chinese cabbage. At the same time, by observing the morphology characteristics of the flower organs, we found the anthers of 6w-9605A degenerated to the triangle, which aborted totally. The sterile degree and sterile plant rate of each backcross generation with normal nectary were 100%, and there wasn't etiolating phenomenon.
