十年前的12月11日，经过多轮艰苦谈判，中国正式加入WTO。

Chen Deming, Minister of Commerce, said that in this decade China has had its exports grown by 4.9 times, imports by 5.2 times and GDP by 3.3 times, with the economic gross jumping up to the second position in the world, China has become the world's second largest trading nation and the largest exporter. Similarly, Chinese construction machinery also has achieved splendid success in this decade, the total trade value has grown up from $ 2.232 billion in 2001 to $ 18.74 billion in 2010, the imports and exports have increased by 5.4 times and 15 times respectively, China has become the world's largest construction machinery market and production base, and China’s construction machinery has become one of the major competitors in the international market, and our enterprises also have had deeper understanding of real internationality and operating practices.
