摘要
文章介绍了切线照相法(TRT)与由TRT技术发展而来的γ射线数字扫描检测技术(GSDM)的原理。根据射线强度的衰减与射线能量谱有关,与被检测材料性质及其厚度有关的原理确定了解决问题的技术方案,研制出了具有自主知识产权的样机。该样机安装了定向安全联锁机构源机、高灵敏度探测器、光电倍加放大器、程控自动扫描装置和计算机实时处理技术。适用范围:钢管直径50-159 mm;保温层外径小于300 mm。该技术的应用范围主要有高温管道测厚、管道和炉管结垢厚度检测以及高温管道在线监测等方面。
The principles of TRT and γ - ray digital scanning technology (GSDM) developed from TRT are introduced. The proprietary proto - type testing machine has been developed based upon the relations of γ - ray intensity attenuation with EDS, properties of materials for testing and material thickness. The proto - type testing machine is installed with ESD device, high - sensitivity probe, photoelectric duplex amplifier, program- controlled scanning unit and real -time processing computer. It is applicable for thickness measurement of high - temperature pipelines, thickness measurement of fouling in pipelines and furnace tubes as well as for on - line monitoring of high - temperature pipelines.
