Ⅰ～Ⅱ期鼻NK／T细胞淋巴瘤治疗进展

摘要 结外NK细胞淋巴瘤可以发生在身体的任何部位，统一命名为NK／T细胞淋巴瘤，鼻型。对于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期NK／T细胞淋巴瘤和非鼻腔的NK／T细胞淋巴瘤，化疗是主要治疗手段。而占结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤绝大部分的早期鼻NK／T细胞淋巴瘤，放疗作为主要治疗手段的同时，化疗的作用也不容忽视。本文将从放射治疗和化疗两个视角出发，对近年来放化疗对该肿瘤的治疗进展做一综述。
