摘要
利用细胞分裂素处理小麦幼苗叶片,测量了小麦超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,浓度为5 mg/L细胞分裂素可以提高矮秆小麦的SOD、POD活性,降低MDA的含量,有助于小麦的生长,延缓衰老。
Leaf of wheat seedling were treated with cytokinin,the activity of SOD,CAT,POD and content of MDA was determined.The results showed that the treatment with 5 mg/L cytokinin increased the activity of SOD,POD,CTA and decreased the content of MDA.5 mg/L cytokinin could promote wheat growth.
