中华倒刺鲃同工酶组织特异性研究 被引量:13

摘要 运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,对中华倒刺鲃的6种组织(脑、眼睛、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉)中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、酯酶(EST)进行了初步研究,并对这3种酶在各组织中的同工酶位点及酶谱表型进行了分析。结果表明,中华倒刺鲃的3种同工酶系统具有组织特异性。LDH检测到经典的5条谱带,由3个基因位点编码,C位点仅在肝脏组织中表达;MDH在5种组织(除肌肉外)中检测到3条酶带,仅为细胞质型,肌肉组织中同时表达了细胞质型和线粒体型;EST至少由5个基因位点编码,同工酶酶谱复杂,肝和肾的活性表达较强。 By using the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),malate dehydrogenase(MDH) and esterase(EST) isozymes from six tissues(brain,eye,heart,liver,kidney and muscle) of adult Spinibarbus sinensis were preliminarily studied.The loci and phenotypes of the isozymes in every tissue were also analyzed.The results showed that all isozymes presented tissue specificity.Five classical LDH bands were found in the tissues,which were encoded by three loci,and the site C was only found in liver.The number of MDH isozyme bands was three in five tissues except muscle,which were all s-MDH.Both s-MDH and m-MDH were found in muscle.EST isozyme was encoded by five loci at least.The isozyme pattern was complicated,and the stronger activity was pigmented in the liver and kidney.
