摘要
贵州关岭黄牛,体质结实,肢蹄强健,行动灵活,耐劳、耐旱、耐粗饲、适应性强等特性显著,是广大农户乐于饲养的地方牛品种,关岭黄牛是一个适宜山区耕作和放牧,有较好的挽力和产肉性能,数量多、商品率高的地方品种,但是目前存在着繁殖率低、个体小、体重轻等问题,只有了解品种资源特性,并加强良种繁育,关岭黄牛的肉品质和生产性能才能有所提高。
Guizhou Guanling cattle has the characteristics significantly of strong physique, limb hoof, flexible action, hardy, drought-tolerant, crude feed tolerance, adaptability and so on. It is the majority of farmers to raise the local cattle. Guanling cattle is a local varieties of suitable mountain farming and grazing, and has good pulling force and meat quality, quantity, commodity rate. But It has a low rate of reproduction, small size, light weight and other problems at present. Only by understanding the characteristics of variety resources, and strengthening of Guanling cattle breeding, meat quality and production performance can be increased.
