奶牛胎儿布鲁氏杆菌的分离与鉴定

The Isolation and Identification of Brucellosis from Dairy Cow Foetus

从怀孕后期奶牛流产的胎儿体内分离出2株羊二型强毒布鲁氏杆菌,经培养不需要CO2,不产生H2S,经硫堇、复红和A、M、R因子血清凝集试验,噬菌体裂解实验等方法鉴定和国际标准菌株羊二型强毒株特性完全一致,在奶牛中分离出羊二型布鲁氏杆菌强毒株,在国内属首次发现,为今后预防和诊疗提供理论依据。

2 velogen strain of-ovine Ⅱ brucellosis leucosis were isolated from later stage abortive foetus. Through cultivating we found the 2 strains does not require CO2, no H2S generated, Thionine, aniline red , factor A,M ,R serum agglutination test, bacteriophage single burst experiment identified that the features of the strains are identical with the international standard ovine lI brucellosis velogen strain which were isolated from dairy cow. This is considered the first time being observed by domestic, and offering theoretical basis of future prevention ,diagnosis and treatment.
