摘要
就引进型管理创新而言,获取已有创新知识,实现知识从组织外部向内部转移是关键.管理者所嵌入的社会网络通过提供广泛的多元化知识链接带来显著知识获取优势,促使管理者凭借网络影响力产生经济效益,从而成为管理创新知识获取的重要渠道.立足管理者个体社会网络视角,收集237家企业核心管理者的数据,通过多元回归分析,得出强连接优势显著,结构洞发挥实质作用,知识获取产生部分中介效应,社会网络、知识获取和管理创新引进水平之间整体影响关系成立等结论.
As for the introduced management innovation, acquiring existing knowledge and transferring it to the internal are essential. Since the embedded social network offers managers not only information advantage but also economic benefit, it becomes one of the important channels for managers to obtain knowledge about management innovation through extensive and diversified knowledge links. From the perspective of individual social network of core managers, and based on data from 237 managers of different enterprises with relevant multi-regression analysis, it indicates that: strong ties of network positively affect management innovation introduction level; structural holes exert actual functions; knowledge acquirement partially mediates the relationship between social network and the management innovation introduction level; social network, knowledge acquirement and management introduction level affect each other.
