The problems of core vibrated casting process such as appearance disadvantages of pipes（like porosity,pockmark）,flaw,crack of socket wall and deformation of its working surface and manufacturing ways of socket working surface of steel-mouthpiece drainage pipes with ductile joint and so on during the application are analyzed and discussed.Meanwhile,related solving methods of above these problems are illustrated in detail.
