摘要
以湖北冯家山硅灰石为原料,采用盐酸原位酸化硅灰石制备纤维SiO2。研究了反应条件环境、反应时间对反应程度、产物成分的影响,利用SEM、XRD等测试技术对产物结构进行表征。结果表明,盐酸原位酸化硅灰石制备的SiO2有两种:一种是反应溶液中形成的无定形SiO2,另一种是保持了原料硅灰石的针状结构、表面较为蓬松有孔洞,成分为无定形SiO2和少量的晶型SiO2。高压釜水浴反应法相结合时比直接水浴反应程度更为彻底,且其直接产物中无定形SiO2含量更高。
Fiber-like SiO2 was prepared by a hydrochloric acid insitu acidification method, where wollastonites from Fengjiashan, Hubei province, were used as the raw materials. The effects of reaction conditions on the reaction degree and the product composition were discussed. The structures of the products were characterized by SEM and XRD. The results showed that the products could been categorized to two kinds of subjects, one was amorphous SiO2 and the other preserved the fiber-like wollastonite structure, surface holes were more fluffy, its composition was amorphous SiO2 and a litter SiO2 crystal. The reaction degree of combination autoclave reaction bath is more thoroughly, and the direct product has a higher content of amorphous SiO2.
