摘要
以β型半水磷石膏为对象,研究了3种不同的减水剂对半水磷石膏的适应性影响,结果表明:自制减水剂对半水磷石膏的适应性较好,具有良好的缓凝效果,高效的减水率以及显著的增强效果;萘系减水剂适应性次之,其对半水磷石膏有促凝效果,大大缩小初凝时间,但有较好的减水效果和增强效果;聚羧酸系Ⅷ型减水剂不适用于石膏基材料。
This paper uses beta-hemihydrate phosphogypsum as object of research, the adaptability of three kinds of different water-reducing agent reaction on it is studied. The results show that homemade water-reducing agent is the best suitable for the hemihydrate phosphogypsum, it has good retarding effect, efficient reducing effect and remarkable enhancing effect. And naphthalene sulfonate water-reducing agent is moderate, it can dramatically narrow initial setting time, but has good reducing effect and enhancing effect. Polycarboxylate-Ⅷ type water-reducing agent is inapplicable for gypsum-based material.
