摘要
以溶胶-凝胶法制备了Cu-Fe双金属掺杂TiO2/膨润土负载型复合光催化剂,以直接天蓝溶液为模拟染料废水,考察了光照条件、催化剂用量、溶液pH值、反应时间、催化剂再生等条件对催化剂光催化性能的影响。结果表明,该光催化剂对质量浓度为50 mg/L的直接天蓝溶液,在催化剂用量为3 g/L、溶液pH值为3、光照时间为1.5 h的反应条件下,在紫外光和可见光下的脱色率分别高达98.6%和97.3%,且该催化剂具有良好的再生性能,表现出较好的应用前景。
Cu-Fe-TiO2/bentonite composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. Using the degradation of direct sky blue dye wastewater as a model, the effect of illumination conditions, the amount of photocatalyst, solution pH value, illumination time and regeneration method were investigated on the photocatalytic properties of the photocatalyst. The results showed that when the initial concentration of direct sky blue was 50 mg/L, the amount of catalyst was 3.0 g/L, solution pH value was 3.0, illumination time was 1.5 h, under ultraviolet or visible light irradiation, the decolorization rate of direct sky blue solution can reach to 98.6% or 97.3%. The Cu-Fe-TiOz/bentonite composite photocatalyst had a potential application in dye waster treatment for its high photocatalytic activity and good regeneration ability.
