中华草龟(♀)与中华花龟(♂)杂种F1形态特征及其父母本的比较

Morphologic characters of hybrid(Chinemys reevesii♀×Ocadia sinensis♂) and comparison with their parents

对中华草龟、中华花龟及其杂种F1的形态特征进行了研究与比较。结果表明杂种龟与父母本形态差异较为显著,主要表现在背甲纹路、腹甲黑斑、头颈部及四肢和尾腹面的皮肤颜色。在形态学上,杂种龟头顶部为浅橄榄色,头侧眼后有数条黄绿色条纹;背甲为浅栗色和黄褐色;腹甲棕黄色,每一盾片具有一块大墨渍状斑块;四肢、尾部及裸露皮肤均有数条呈点状间断的黄绿色条纹。形态可量数据及聚类分析显示杂种龟在形态上接近中华草龟,且1龄杂种龟稚龟的生长要快于中华草龟。这表明了杂种龟继承父母本的部分遗传特征,具有显著的杂种优势。实验结果对杂种龟的鉴定、龟类的杂交育种及养殖生产具有一定的指导作用。

The Morphological Characters of Chinemys reevesii,Ocadia sinensis and their Hybrid were studied and compared.The result indicated that the difference between Hybrid and its Parents were significant.,which was illustrated by the veins on carapace,the dark patch on plastron,head and neck,the skin color of inside of four limbs and tail abdomen.In morphology of hybrid,the color of calvarias was thin olivaceous with several flavo-green lines behind the eyes.The carapace was thin castaneous and yellow brown,and each of the plastron revealed radiated dark patch.The bare skin,limbs and tail abdomen of the hybrid were covered wih several flavo-green stripes.The analysis of morphologic data and cluster analysis within three kinds of turtles indicated that the hybrid was more close to its mother,i.e.,C.reevesii.The growth speed of young hybrid was faster than C.reevesii.The study suggested that the hybrid,which inherited some genetic features of its parents,had prominent heterotic vigor.It would have a guiding role to the identification of hybrid,turtle breeding and aquaculture.
