摘要
礼分为"礼仪"、"礼制"、"礼义"三个层次。礼义决定了礼制,礼制决定了礼仪。因此,所有的"礼制"及其外在的"礼仪"表现,其实都不是根本的,最根本的是"礼义"———正义原则。儒家的正义原则一个是正当性原则,一个是适宜性原则。
The rites are divided into "Ceremony","Etiquette" and "Ritual philosophy".Ritual philosophy determines the Etiquette,and the Etiquette determines the Ceremony.Therefore,all of the "Etiquettes" and the external manifestations of "Ceremony" are not fundamental,and the most fundamental rite is the "Ritual philosophy"-the principle of justice.Confucian principles of justice are the principle of legitimacy and the principle of appropriateness.
