HPLC法测定复方地巴唑氢氯噻嗪胶囊中六种组分的含量

Determination of six Ingredients in compound bendazol and hydrochlorothiazide capsules by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定复方地巴唑氢氯噻嗪胶囊中维生素B1〔1〕、维生素B6〔2〕、硫酸胍生、磷酸氯喹〔3〕、地巴唑和盐酸异丙嗪〔4〕的含量。方法色谱柱为Welch Materials C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为己烷磺酸钠溶液-甲醇-乙腈(55∶24∶21),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为275nm,柱温为40℃。结果在本色谱条件下,6种组分分离良好,均有良好的平均回收率。结论该方法简便、准确、快速,可同时测定6组分的含量。

OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC method for the determination of Vitamin B1,Vitamin B6,Chloroquine Phosphate,Guanoxan Sulfate,Bendazol and Promethazine Hydrochloride in Compound Dibazol and Hydrochlorothiazide Capsules.METHODS The analytical column was Welch Materials C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）and the mobile phase was Sodium Hexanesulfonate solution-methanol-acetonitrile（55：24：21） at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 275nm.RESULTS In this chromatogram system,six components were completely separated,the mean recovery were perfect;CONCLUSION The method is simple and rapid for determination of six components in the drug.
