水貂细小病毒性肠炎实验室诊断方法研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 水貂细小病毒性肠炎是威胁水貂养殖的最大疾病之一。该病在我国广泛存在,一旦暴发将给水貂养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。为了防制该病,需要迅速、准确地作出诊断。经过几十年的努力,水貂细小病毒性肠炎诊断技术从最早的病毒分离鉴定到血清学试验,再到分子生物学技术,已逐渐向更敏感、更特异、更方便、更经济的方向发展。本文就水貂细小病毒性肠炎的实验室诊断方法研究进展进行综述。 Mink parvoviral enteritis is one of the most severe disease which threats to the mink farming in China.The disease is widespread in our country.It could cause serious economic losses to the animal husbandry.In order to control and eradicate the disease,the accurate diagnosis should be made as soon as possible.After decades of efforts,Mink parvoviral enteritis diagnostic technology,from the earliest virus isolation and identification to the serological test,and then to the molecular biology technology,has been gradually toward the more sensitive,more specific,more convenient,and more economic direction development.In this paper,the research progress on laboratory diagnosis of the Mink parvoviral enteritis research were reviewed.
