摘要
通过考察钙型和镁型斜发沸石对不同浓度不同类型碱溶液中OH-的吸附能力,并对OH-吸附饱和的钙型和镁型斜发沸石进行解吸再生后对K+的吸附研究,从而选出最适解吸剂及其浓度.研究结果表明随着碱溶液中OH-的浓度增大,钙型和镁型斜发沸石对OH-的吸附量增大,且镁型斜发沸石对OH-的吸附量大于钙型斜发沸石.分别以盐酸和硫酸为解吸剂时,对于吸附OH-的钙型斜发沸石,盐酸和1/2硫酸最适浓度分别为0.5 mol/L、1.0 mol/L,且对K+的吸附量分别为20.29 mg/g沸石、19.83 mg/g沸石;而对于吸附OH-的镁型斜发沸石,盐酸和1/2硫酸最适浓度分别为0.3 mol/L、0.3 mol/L,对K+的吸附量分别为18.67 mg/g沸石、17.24 mg/g沸石.
The OH- absorption of Ca- and Mg-modified zeolite at different concentrations of alkali solutions of different types was studied. The best type of desorption agent and its concentration was determined by a test on K absorption of desorbed Ca- and Mg-modified zeolite after saturation of OH-. The results showed that Ca- and Mg-modified zeolite absorbed more OH- as the concentration of OH- increased in alkaline solution, and Mg-modified zeolite absorbed OH- in alkali solution more than Ca-modified zeolite; With hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid as desorption agent, it was found that the best concentrations of HC1 and 1/2 H2SO4 was 0.5mol/L and 1.0mol/L for the OH- absorption of Ca-modified zeolite, and the adsorption quantity of K was 20.29 mg/g zeolite and 19.83 mg/g zeolite respectively; The best concentrations of HC1 and 1/2 H2504 were 0.3 mol/L and 0.3 mol/L for the OH- absorption of Mg-modified zeolite, and the adsorption quantity ofK~ was 18.67 mg/g zeolite and 17.24 mg/g zeolite respectively.
