摘要
目的:研究高纯度绿原酸在不同条件下的稳定性。方法:采用高纯度绿原酸在抗氧化剂(亚硫酸氢钠、焦亚硫酸钠、L-半胱胺酸盐、维生素C)、不同pH值磷酸盐缓冲液、有机溶剂(甲醇、乙醇)、金属铜离子及络合剂及β-环糊精中的稳定性。结果:绿原酸在抗氧化剂L-半胱胺酸盐中最稳定,在酸性环境较碱性环境中更稳定,在上述有机溶剂中稳定,在金属铜离子与络合剂复合体对绿原酸影响稳定性有一定的促进作用。结论:高纯度绿原酸在不同条件下稳定性不同,该结果可为绿原酸的提取、分析及其相关制剂的生产提供参考。
Objective:To investigate the stability of high pure chlorogenic acid in different conditions. Method:The stability of high pure chlorogenic acid in different antioxidants( sodium hydrogensulfite 、sodium pymsulfite 、L- cysteine monohydrochloride 、 ascorbic acid ), phosptat buffe with different pH values, organic solvents ( methanol 、ethanol), copper ions and complexing agent and β - cyclodextrins was investigated by the classical isothermal method. Result: The experiments showed the high pure chlorogenic acid was the most stable in L - cysteine monohydrochloride than in others antioxidants. It was more stable in acidic water than in basic water. It was stable in these organic solvents. The copper ions and complexing agents have certain stimulative effect on the stability of chlorogenic acid. Conclusion: In different conditions, the stability of high pure chlorogenic acid was different. It prodded a reference to the extraction and analysis of chlorogenic acid and production of chlorogenic acid preparation.
