摘要
借助计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件moldflow的模流分析功能,对鼠标外壳件塑件进行了填充、流动前沿温度、压力、熔接痕及表层取向、螺杆行程等模拟分析。确定了最优设计方案,并且结合模拟结果,介绍了注塑模CAE技术对塑件模具优化设计的重要作用:CAE技术可以有效地简化设计过程,提高设计效率,降低模具的报废率。
Using Moldflow simulating analysis software, the filling, Row, cooling, and The cavity of gas, press, the weld mark, The orientationy of surface, The temperature of front flow of themouse - cover were simulated. Through comparing various design schemes,the optimal designing was determined. The simulation demonstrated the importance of CAE in technology molding design on simplifying the design process, improving the design efficiency, and decreasing the rate of waste products.
