摘要
本方法采用硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解,硼氢化钾还原冷原子荧光测定大米中的汞,消解液无需赶酸,直接测汞,方法简便快捷,实验检出限浓度为0.024μg/L,线性范围0~40 ng/ml,经国家一级标准物质验证,方法准确可靠。
This method uses nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide microwave digestion,potassium borohydride reduction of rice in cold vapor atomic fluorescence of mercury,acid digestion solution without the need to catch,direct measurement of mercury,the method is quick and easy experimental detection limit concentration of 0.024 μg / L,the linear range of 0 ~ 40 ng / ml,The method is accurate and reliable verified by the national standard.
