摘要
结合编目员在标引工作中的实践经验，论述了如何利用《中国分类主题词表》（第2版）进行文献检索和主题标引，达到文献标引的准确性、专指性、网罗性、一致性和有效性，从而使标引工作更加系统化、规范化。最后对编目员的工作以及新词表的改进提出新的建议。
According to catalogers＇experience in the indexing work, this paper discusses how to use Classi- fied Chinese Table （ the second edition） to achieve literature retrieval and subject indexing in order to get the accuracy, specificity, overall, consistency and efficiency of the documents indexing, thus make indexing work more systematic and standardized. Finally, the paper makes recommendations to catalogers and offers suggestions in improving the new Classified Chinese ＇Fable.
