粗对苯二甲酸加氢精制Pd-Ru/TiO_2双金属催化剂的表征及活性评价 被引量:2

Characterization and Activity Performance of Pd-Ru/TiO_2 Bimetallic Catalysts for Hydropurification of Crude Terephthalic Acid

摘要 采用浸渍法以TiO2成型载体制备了Pd-Ru/TiO2双金属催化剂。采用XRD、TEM、XPS等手段对催化剂进行表征,并考察m(Pd)/m(Ru)以及Pd+Ru总金属质量分数对Pd-Ru/TiO2催化剂催化粗对苯二甲酸(CTA)中的杂质对羧基苯甲醛(4-CBA)的加氢活性的影响。结果表明,Pd-Ru/TiO2双金属催化剂中Pd、Ru高度分散在TiO2载体表面,适量Ru的存在提高了催化剂表面Pd原子的摩尔分数。当双金属催化剂中m(Pd)/m(Ru)为3/2、(Pd+Ru)总金属质量分数为0.4%时,Pd-Ru/TiO2双金属催化剂对4-CBA的加氢具有较高的催化活性,同时由于Ru的价格低廉,还可降低催化剂的成本。在反应温度280℃、H2分压0.6 MPa、反应时间0.5h的条件下,Pd-Ru/TiO2双金属催化剂上的4-CBA转化率可达到99.2%。 Pd-Ru/TiO2 bimetallic catalysts were prepared by impregnation method with the formed TiO2 as supports,and were characterized by XRD,TEM and XPS techniques.Effects of the mass ratio of Pd to Ru and the total metal mass fraction on the catalytic performance of Pd-Ru/TiO2 bimetallic catalysts in p-carboxy benzaldehyde(4-CBA) hydrogenation,the main impurity in crude terephthalic acid(CTA),were investigated.Results showed that Pd and Ru were highly dispersed on the surface of TiO2 support,and suitable amount of Ru improved the atomic molar fraction of Pd on the surface of Pd-Ru/TiO2 bimetallic catalyst.The Pd-Ru/TiO2 bimetallic catalyst with the mass ratio of Pd to Ru of 3/2 and the total metal mass fraction of 0.4% exhibited the higher catalytic activity in 4-CBA hydrogenation and would be very cost effective due to the inexpensive of Ru.The conversion of 4-CBA over Pd-Ru/TiO2 catalyst could reach 99.2% under reaction temperature of 280℃,H2 partial pressure of 0.6 MPa and reaction time of 0.5 h.
