BAC-SBR反应器降解ABS树脂生产凝聚干燥工段废水中特征污染物 被引量:2

Degradation of Typical Pollutants From Coagulation and Desiccation Section Wastewater of ABS Resin Manufacture by BAC-SBR Reactor

摘要 采用生物活性炭序批式反应器(BAC-SBR)处理ABS树脂生产凝聚干燥工段废水,利用液相色谱分析废水中特征污染物的降解过程及生物活性炭的生物再生能力。结果表明,生物活性炭能够快速吸附废水中的双(2-氰基乙基)胺、2-氰基乙醚、苯乙酮、二苯异丙醇等4种主要特征污染物,并且能够通过生物再生作用将其吸附的特征污染物降解。经过240min BAC-SBR的处理,废水中的双(2-氰基乙基)胺、2-氰基乙醚、苯乙酮、二苯异丙醇等4种特征污染物的去除率均达到95%以上,相应的COD及TOC值均降低86%以上。BAC-SBR连续运行30d后,生物活性炭对废水中的双(2-氰基乙基)胺的生物再生效率达94%,但其他3种污染物的再生效率明显降低,说明长期运行后生物活性炭对不同的污染物具有不同的生物再生效率,且生物再生效率会降低。 Biological activated carbon-sequencing batch reactor(BAC-SBR) was used to treat the wastewater from the condensation drying section of ABS manufacture.The degradation process of the typical pollutants and bioregeneration capacity of activated carbon were studied by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results indicated that the 4 main typical pollutants,3,3-iminodipropiononitrile,3,3-oxydipropiononitrile,acetophenone,alpha,alpha-dimethyl benzylalcohol,in the wastewater could be adsorbed quickly,and degraded effectively by bioregeneration.After 240 min treatment by BAC-SBR,the removal efficiencies of 3,3-iminodipropiononitrile,3,3-oxydipropiononitrile,acetophenone,alpha,alpha-dimethyl benzylalcohol were all more than 95%,and the values of COD and TOC were also reduced by more than 86%.After 30d continuous run,the activate carbon bioregeneration efficiencies of 3,3-iminodipropiononitrile was still up to 94%,but that of the other 3 typical pollutants decreased significantly,indicating that the activated carbon has different bioregeneration efficiency for different pollutants and the bioregeneration efficiency will decrease after long time run.
