摘要
为解决银川东变电站直流系统大负荷外送及大坝电厂3期2台600 MW发电机组通过单回750 kV线路大负荷送电的安全问题,大坝电厂3期稳控装置配置了双主站,稳定控制系统具备同时切除2台机组的功能。银川东变电站直流双极大负荷外送试验表明,该系统运行正常、稳定,对保证银川东变电站直流系统大负荷外送和大坝电厂3期机组大负荷甚至满负荷发电的安全稳定运行起了至关重要的作用。
In order to solve security issues of Yinchuan eastern DC system load transmission and two 600 MW generating units of Daba the third terms through single circuit 750kV line load transmission,the stability control devices are installed double main substation,which owns the characteristic of cutting off two units simultaneously.
