无动力烧结炉条清理装置的研制试用

摘要 包钢烧结采用高精粉率烧结,自产精粉占总铁料的80%~85%,再加上含有钾、钠、氟等有害元素,炉条粘结现象频发,影响烧结生产,为此,2010年4月自行研制了一种新型无动力炉条清理装置,经过近半年的调试和使用,基本达到了预期效果,满足了生产需要。 The raw materials adopted by Sintering Plant of Baotou Steel is with high rate of concentrate powders,and they are 80%~85% out of total iron charges.In addition,there are harmful elements such as potassium,sodium and fluoride in the materials so that the furnace grates bond frequently,which influences the sintering productions.In April of 2010,a new unpowered cleaning plant for furnace grates was developed by ourselves.After nearly six months of commissioning and uses,the desired results are achieved and the needs of production are satisfied.
