摘要
文章介绍了低温半焦的工业分析及其性能,理论上讲低温半焦能满足高炉喷吹用煤的要求,此次新系统喷吹低温半焦工业试验重点考察低温半焦对制粉、喷吹系统和高炉冶炼经济技术指标的影响,对试验中出现的问题进行了分析。
In this article,the technical analysis and performances of low-temperature semicokes are introduced.Theoretically,the low-temperature semicokes could satisfy the requirements of cokes used for injection of blast furnaces.This industrial test mainly investigates the effects of low-temperature semicokes on milling,injection systems as well as the economic and technical index of smelting for blast furnaces.Moreover,the problems in the test are analyzed.
