In the paper,the differences of disposing character strings with string variables of pointers and character arrays are elaborated through practices.The pointer arrays are more suitable for disposing a certain amount of character strings than two-dimensional arrays as well as they are more convenient and flexible to use so that the efficiencies are higher.
