Primal Problems on Heat Preservation for External Walls of Buildings and Dwellings

目前外墙保温技术在我国应用很广泛,但该技术对施工水平要求很严格,如果施工方法不到位、技术水平较低、施工管理不够严格,在使用过程中,将易产生严重的质量问题,其中墙体保温层脱落、门窗口处渗水、墙体保护层裂纹等问题在保温中普遍存在,文章就此进行探讨,提出解决的办法。

At present,the technology of heat preservation for external walls is applied widely in China,but the construction level is demanding.If the construction methods are not suitable,the technical level is lower and the construction management is not strict enough,there will be serious quality problems easily in uses.The problems that insulating layers of walls drop,water percolation at doors and windows as well as cracks on protective layer of walls exist commonly.The solutions are proposed in this paper.
