In order to promote the actual strength of scientific and technological innovation as well as the market competitiveness of enterprises comprehensively,it is necessary guarantee for scientific researches and important content for scientific and technological as well as financial managements in enterprises to scientifically strengthen the management for costs of scientific researches.In this paper,it is introduced the thinking on it aiming at the existing problems in the management for costs of scientific researches in enterprises.
