摘要 采用热重-差热(TG-DTA)热分析技术,分别对稻壳、甘蔗渣、核桃壳、花生壳、秸秆和树枝等6种生物质粉末的燃烧特性进行了实验研究,重点研究其着火特性、燃烧特性、燃尽特性及综合燃烧特性.在规定条件下,实验得出了6种生物质的着火和燃尽温度,绘制了热重-微分热重-差示扫描量热法(TG-DTG-DSC)3种曲线图,并利用现有的计算方法得到各自的综合燃烧特性指数.通过对实验结果的详实分析,给出了6种生物质燃烧特性规律性的结论和应用建议. By means of the thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG- DTA) technology, the experimental research of combustion characteristics of six kinds of biomass powder was completed including rice husk, bagasse, walnut shell, peanut shell, straw and branch, then their characteristics of ignition, combustion and burning-out were explored especially. Based on the experimental data got under prescriptive conditions,ignition and burning-out temperature of six kinds of biomass powder were presented, three curves(TO- DTG- DSC)were drawn. The calculation of synthetical combustion characteristics factor by the existing method was carried out. Through the detailed analysis of experimental results, some regularity conclusions and advices for the application of six kinds of biomass are presented.
