大孔树脂分离纯化青稞天然色素的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 比较了5种大孔吸附树脂对青稞中天然花色苷类色素的吸附纯化效果.结果表明:D 101型大孔树脂对该色素具有较好的吸附和解吸能力,是吸附纯化青稞花色苷色素的最佳树脂类型.其最佳参数为:上柱液溶液pH值为2.0,质量浓度为2.69×10-2kg/m3,上样流速为2mL/min;洗脱剂为60%(体积分数)乙醇,解吸流速为1mL/min.在此工艺条件下分离青稞色素,浓缩干燥后,其色价达到39.3,该树脂的重复利用率好,使用7次后吸附率无显著性差异(P>0.05). The absorption and purification effects of five kinds of macroporous adsorption resins on total anthocyanins of hulless barley were compared. The result shows that D 101 was the best resin for purification of hulless barley anthocyanins due to its excellent adsorption and desorption capability. The optimal technological parameters of absorption were that the pH value of the sample solution was 2.0, the mass concentration was 2. 69 × 10 -2 kg/m3 , the adsorption flow rate was 2 mL/min, the desorption velocity is 1 mL/min and the eluent was 60% ethanol. The color value of hulless barley anthocyanins after separation and purification was 39.3, namely, anthocyanins were increased by 8.7 times than raw extraction. The resin could be reused,and the absorption rate has no significant change after using seven times (P〉0.05).
